A story where the magic is present from beginning to the end. A magical bracelet makes a bridge between a boy and his Guardian Angel, that to recouver it has to become visible. Here is a set of very basic explanations on what is a Guardian Angel. But very important: this book makes clear the importance of a child to have the responsibility to take care of itself.
It is a very beautiful story and ends with a message of the Guardian Angel:
May the heavens always protect you
from the danger, the sorrow and pain.
May you always count
with your Guardian Angel.

Mental Note:
Go to the library seeking more books with this issue, because M. loved it.

chamar o calor # call the heat

Dois vídeos, duas músicas. Two videos, two songs.

[Gabriella Cilmi - "Sweet About Me"] [Gabriella Cilmi - "Sweet About Me"]
This came from o enigma do espelho and there was said that it remembered the hot summer days. I agree and add that it makes me go back to the hot and sometimes lazy summers of other times, when enjoying the summer holidays from school. I know that this music is not that old but it is the feeling that it brings me.

[Duffy - "Mercy"] [Duffy - "Mercy"]
And this music is also to see if it brings the heat. It makes me think of hot nights, relaxed and it is what we want now to complete a holiday scenario. Go, grab your man and go dancing!

The art of M. is spreading to new areas. Lately it is rare that the food does not become a face. :) And what fun that was!

Perguntei-lhe. "-É porque eu sei desenhar andorinhas!" - respondeu. Claro, por que outra razão?!?!?... :)
And of course, the drawings remain. This time I chose this lyric singer to show you. It is indeed a dramatic pose. I love the hair and I found the lips a delight! There is a swallow on top, and I do not know why. I asked her. "-It's because I know how to draw swallows!" - responded. Of course, what else?!?!?... :)

[trrriimmm...]
- Sim?
[trrriimmm ...]
- Yes? - (on the intercom)
- It's the mail!
And there goes the theory that the postman always rings twice! :)
And guess what was waiting for me when I came to the gate? The postman, yes! But in his hand was an envelope which contained this beautiful ring, coming directly from my friend Képia! :)
I love it, is fabulous as everything that she does! This girl makes everything well done, What can we say?!... :)

Ficou a meio, inacabado...
It stayed half done, unfinished... And now I do not know what to do with this!... But I like it! I'll wait until I have an idea and finish it. (It was to be a prom bracelet.)

"Espiga-te"

Agora a resposta final! Tchan tchan tchan tchan...
And now I have news about the challenge that I've launched!
Firstly I want to thank you for participating! You are so funny and I love reading your answers. That is why from time to time I like to make these challenges. And I do not tire of saying that you are who truly give a good feeling to my blog! Thank you for that!
Now the final answer! Tchan tchan tchan tchan... But firs I'll tell you why I'm giving it in advance. I recall that I was only going to give the answer on the weekend, but as it is past midnight, is already the weekend. As it has been alreadu who answered correctly, I decides to say it officially. It was a mixture of guesswork and observation.
"Espiga-te" in the language of M. means "Pisga-te" ("Go away" in portuguese) and several people got it right already. But the first one was Andie, who in addition to everything else is very observant and noticed in my carelessness that eventually served as an extra tip. Very good my friend! And eI want you to know that although there was no premium involved in this challenge, you taught me into it and I think your acumen deserves a gift. In short I'll send you a little present. :)

Only a "smell" of a new project.
While the supplier of ink doen't come with what I need to complete a job, I take the time to start another project that will have to be ready by next Saturday.

Talking about projects, I take the opportunity to say that there are more news in the catalogue.

Well, this post is taking me centuries to write. M. is making a mess around here. But besides the confusion she finally did something nice: this ballet dancer in high heels with Lego.

And now some tips to ease the challenge to decipher what is the vocabulary of M.!
Who said that "pisga-te" means "disappear" or "go away", is near the solution. But "pisga-te" corresponds to a concrete word, which nobody has answered yet. It may be difficult for my Brazilian visits and impossible for the visits from the rest of the world, because it is jargon.
Another clue is: do not base your answer on cognitive sense of the word but in phonetics. Remember that children imitate the sounds even if they do not know the meanings.
The answer will be revealed next weekend.

"espiga-te"

Look what M. did to poor Ken! I didn't understand why. But the fact is that she found it very funny to put him in girls clothes.

Another thing from M.:
Can you guess what "espiga-te" means?
I give you the holiday to think about this. In the weekend I'll give you the answer! :)

E estas coisinhas lindas foram-me oferecidas pela Vanda e pela Patrícia do Hadcraft By Us.
And these beautiful things were offered to me by Vanda and Patrícia from Hadcraft By Us. Do you remember a contest of recipies that went on in their blog? I won the best recipe with my Fish Souflé.
Because we are neighbours, we went to have a cup of coffe together. The conversation was flowing and we found many common characteristics. We are both Gemini, as Vanda noticed, but even if we were twins we wouldn't be so similar! I enjoyed very much our coffe break and we have to keep in touch, my friend!

There are those who are astonished by the direct way of telling things to children. I remember when I was seven years old, of a book of stickers, whose name I do not remember for sure but I think it was "The Miracle of Life", which showed the reprodution in most animals and I think plants too. Included was the man, of course. And had an image that explained the insertion of the penis in the vagina, as well as that image below. I didn't thing it was scandalous back then, nor do I think it now that I am the mother of a girl (I should mention that, because I note that there are still those who make difference). Just find it funny the way everyone in the clinic is so happy and do not understand that hammer in the hand of the obstetrician. :)

Once upon a time there was a girl who had a stick of chalk. Throughout the story she will trade it with other children who play with other things. The other toys always seem more interesting than her's. First exchange the stick of chalk for marbles, but soon discovers that it isn't fun to play with marbles alone. Later she changes her toys without ever being happy for a long time with the exchange. She finaly recovers the stick of chalk and a game drawn on the ground. It starts to rain and the game is washed by the water. The girl gets very sad, still not knowing how to have fun. The friends with whom she exchanged toys come by and teaches her how to play again. Draw back the game on the floor and see all playing infinitely at the game that the girl is drawing as she wants.

The illustrations are beautiful and invite us to a prolonged contemplation. Illustrations like these would be my delight as a child, when I used to fall asleep observing carefully all the details in the designs of stories. For example, in the Martine's books, I'd confirm all the details of the story. If it said that Martine's hat was green, in the design it would have to be green; if it said that Manuel was playing the ball, then the boy back there with the bold hair would have to be Manuel, and so on. I'd confirm all the details and a few others which were not described and that made me complete the story in my mind.

dedicado às mulheres mães # dedicated to all women mothers

Vi isto no Artemix da Sónia e achei fabuloso! I saw this on Sónias's Artemix and found it fabolous!
It's really mother's talk, mother's stress, mother's concern... well, mother's love! :) Since they're born our life changes completely, isn't it?

And one more very interesting text about women and mothers:

Não voltei a lembrar-me desta história

as palavras simplesmente saltaram-me da
boca para fora
"Sou Doutora em Desenvolvimento Infantil e em Relações Humanas."

Posso perguntar, disse-me ela com novo interesse,

ouvi-me responder:
laboratório e no campo experimental (normalmente eu teria dito dentro e
preencher o formulário, se levantou e, pessoalmente me abriu a porta.

Senti-me triunfante!

Maternidade... que carreira gloriosa!

Assim, as avós deviam ser chamadas
"Doutora-Sénior em Desenvolvimento Infantil e em Relações Humanas".

As bisavós:
"Doutora-Executiva-Sénior".

E as tias:
"Doutora - Assistente".

Occupation Mother

A woman was to renew her driving licence.
They asked her what was her profession.
She hesitated, not knowing well how to classify.
"What I'm asking is whether you have a job," stressed the official.
"Of course I have a job," exclaimed.
"I am a mother."
"We do not believe that "mother"is a job.
I will put "Domestics" said the official coldly.

I almost forgot this story until the day that I got in a similar situation.

The person who attended me was obviously a career civil servant,
secure, efficient and fully in charge of the situation,
and asked: what is your occupation?

I do not know what made me say this,
the words just jumped off my mouth
"I am a PhD in Child Development and Human Relations."
The official looked at me as someone who was not hearing well.

I repeated slowly, emphasizing the most significant words.
Then noticed, delighted, as she was writing,
with black ink, on the official questionnaire.
May I ask, she told me with a new interest,
what exactly do you do?

Calmly, without any trace of agitation in my voice, I
heared myself answering:
"I develop a long-term programme (any mother does this),
laboratory and field trial (normally I would have said within and
outside the home). I am responsible for a team (my family),
and has received four projects (all girls).
Work on an exclusive dedication (some women disagree?)
the level of care is a level of 14 hours per day (not to say 24 hours).
There was an increasing tone of voice in respect from the official who has just
completing the form, stood up and, personally opened the door for me.

When I arrived at home with the title of my portfolio built,
I was received by my team:
one with 13 years of age, with another of 7 and another of 3 years of age.
From the top floor, I could hear my new project (a baby of six months) testing a new tone of voice.
I felt triumphant!

Parenting... that glorious career!

Thus, the grandparents should be called
"Doctor-Senior in Child Development and Human Relations."

The bi-gradparents:
"Doctor-Executive-Senior."

And the aunts:
"Doctor - Assistant."

A loving tribute to all women,
mothers, wives, friends, colleagues.

With a PhD in the art ofn making life better!

I found it in Mena's blog, but I've seen it somewhere before.

love birds

First M.'s version of the love birds, then the originals. But we can not say that they're lovers. Maybe a relationship of love/hate! Besides being of different species, and even in these two separate cages, they do not lose an opportunity to make war. This was one of the rare moments of truce. I think they were intimidated by the proximity of the camera.
And I present to you M.'s new pet, João. (Do you want to see Cantarola's presentation?)

tatuagem # tatoo

It was done with a thick marker and didn't come off in the bath. It's been two baths already and we can still see it. But I noticed that it has designed upside down, to make it right in the leg.

Two nice girls (Chocolate and Serões da Inês) invited me to respond to this challenge.
So here goes:

1. I dream of a body ... healthy.
2. I dream of a journey ... around the world, beginning with Cuba.
3. I dream of a prince ... perfect!
4. I dream of a family ... huge!
5. I dream of a party ... I am not a party girl. I like to be with my friends, but do not have to be at parties.
6. I dream of money ... high, so I can afford to do only what I like!
7. I dream of making love ... on a deserted beach, tropical, warm and beautiful! ;)
8. I dream of a Portugal ... perfect as the prince! :)
9. I dream to help ... people to be happyer.
10. The most crazy dream I have ever had ... well, if we are talking about dreams of those that come in our sleep, I wouldn't end the list of crazy dreams! But if it is dreams/wishes I'd say all that I have written and I do not know what else.

a bailarina # the ballet dancer

Parecia uma bailarina a sério! Ela saltava, rodopiava, cantava (ópera), dançava e encantava-me! Apreciem a sequência! :)
She looked like a real ballet dancer! She jumped, revolved, sang (opera), danced and enchanted me! :) Yes, the opera always accompanies her "dancing". Look at the sequence! :)

And, in this day, a special kiss to my mother who had and I suppose still has a very special link with Our Lady of Fatima, which we haven't had the time to understand well.

Gosto dele! É clássico mas não muito. I like it! It's classical but not so much.

para dormir # to go to sleep

To be in this state, M. needs a long time of preparation.

Primeiro forra a almofada com a bandeira nacional... First covers her cushion with the national flag...

... and then dresses pijamas (her pijamas) to all the dolls ...

... to pile around her, leaving almost no room to move.
But that is how she likes it! What can I do? Every night it's the same ritual.

virtual X real

Ó p'ra nós todas felizes e contentes! :)
Look at us all happy and content! :)
This, here beside me, is my beautiful god-daughter! You know her already, don't you? It seems that the empathy that joined us in the blogosphere spread to real life and the truth is that it is always a great pleasure to be a little bit with Juca. It's a pity that it is always be so little time. It is a matter of chemistry, as I always say! But Juca is a very dear and nice girl. You can see that in her sweet eyes. I hope that soon we can be more time together, to talk all we want! :)

Agradecimentos: Thanks:

quem sai aos seus... # family ties...

Do you know what this is? It is a sun, a star and a moon.
Without letting me know, she grabbed the paints and put hands on approach. Appeared next to me, all proud, with the sweater already completed. :)

Bem hajam!
Well, it seems that you match the challenge that I proposed to you in commemoration of the 400 posts of Bom Feeling! Another thing would not be expected from so dedicated friends ! :) Thank you for everything! After many posts, this blog continues growing, thanks to you. The average of visits are increasing from day to day and I am proud to be able to count on many presences all the time, which give me all their affection, respond to my concerns, participate actively when I give you a challenge, as was the case of the search "imaginary friends", which is beeing a major success behond all my best forecasts. Thank you!

And by the way, I received gifts from Mara. Just to have an idea of the generosity of this girl, I was on the lookout for the magic number there in her corner and I got there late. I saw the following number. I was a little disappointed with it and with my bad luck. However, this dear, because she did not receive any print screen of magic number, resolved to reward me! :) And she never forgets my daughter and also sent a gift for her. We loved it all, of course! And I even feel ashamed to go wienning claiming my lack of luck. Next time I have to control myself and not to say the first that goes through my head!
