Com as novas formas de cortar massa que comprámos no IKEA, fizemos uma flor. Lá dentro havia omeleta de queijo. A acompanhar, cenoura ralada e uma azeitona preta. A M. adorou!

Fui às compras e fiquei apaixonada por estes tecidinhos. Voltaram comigo, escusado será dizer! Se não fossem tão clarinhos dariam uns slings lindos, não acham?

O marido está oficialmente em férias. Por arrasto, eu também! E já começámos as "correrias". De modo que, se me ausentar por mais tempo do que o habitual já bem que provavelmente fui "laurear a pevide"! Contudo a Bem-Trapilho não está de férias, só a meio gás.

O meu primeiro sling ou porta-bebés, como queiram chamar. Não foi fácil para primeira vez, mas estou muito orgulhosa do resultado final. Com mais tempo mostro todos os detalhes no catálogo. Aqui foi só para matar curiosidades.

Este projecto têm-se arrastado por pura cobardia. Estava com tanto medo de lhe pegar! Medo? Melhor será dizer PAVOR!!! Mas foi um pedido de uma amiga. Uma grande amiga. Daquelas que se amam de paixão, sabem? Daquelas que podem estar mil anos sem se ver, falando-se esporadicamente, mas que se continuam a amar. Assim uma coisa irracional, química, eu acho. Sim, porque estas coisas da química para mim não acontecem só no amor carnal. E então essa amiga fez-me o desafio. Fiquei muitíssimo feliz. Encantada, excitada,... Por mil motivos. Porque a minha amiga apreciava o meu trabalho... Porque confiou em mim para um projecto tão especial... Porque há muito queria fazer uma coisa destas e precisava de um motivo para a fazer... Fiquei mesmo. Mas depois pensei. Porque muitas vezes na minha vida faço isso, só penso depois. E apavorei-me! Mas neste caso, mesmo que tivesse pensado antes, teria aceitado o desafio à mesma. Tinha que aceitar, por todos aqueles motivos que já referi, mas também porque não podia deixar que os meus medos me impedissem de concretizar um projecto que há muito queria realizar. Porque eu sou assim, um bocado medrosa por vezes, mas não suporto deixar-me dominar pelos meus medos. E agora está quase terminado. Houve mão da sogra nele também, senão não sei se estaria quase.

Eu sempre achei muita graça à expressão "amor incondicional", muito romântica. Mas vendo bem, subscrevo completamente a ideia do autor. Prefiro o amor condicional.
I've always found it very romantic, "unconditional love". But looking carefully, I fully agree with the idea of the author. I prefer conditional love.

Não sei se já vos tinha dito, mas já são amigas! :) Não que a M. não gostasse da Palmira, mas tinha-lhe medo, pois esta coelha é um bocado para o "selvagem". É um bocado armada em "carapau de corrida". Mas com a maturidade amansou um pouco mais (pouco!!!) e agora a M. já consegue brincar com ela, embora sempre de pé atrás! :) Gosto de a ouvir conversar com ela:
- Ohh que querida!... (algum tempo depois) Ohh, Palmira tonta!... (algum tempo depois) Mãe, a Palmira quer comer-me!...

Há muito tinha ganho um concurso no blog "Niarts". Para dizer a verdade até já me tinha esquecido disso, mas a querida Tânia não. E surpreendeu-me no mercado com um saco cheio de coisas lindas para mim e para a minha filhota.
O quadrinho que lhe ofereceste já está no seu quarto em lugar de destaque, ao lado do que eu lhe pintei, e foi lá posto pela própria. Adorámos tudo, amiga. Muito obrigada! Beijinhos a ti e à doce mamã.

Já está douradinha, mais perto de castanha, como ela gostava de ser. (Sei que na imagem até nem parece. Está mais para o amarelo esverdeado, mas foi o que se pôde arranjar.) Desde sempre que me diz: "-Gostava de ser castanha como a Mariana das trancinhas*!". :) Ás vezes até ficava angustiada por perceber que dificilmente esse desejo se tornará realidade. Mas também gostava de ser loura e ao que parece não acha que fique muito bonito uma "castanha" com cabelo louro. E no outro dia perguntou-me:
- Mãe, os castanhos ficam bem de olhos também castanhos?
- Ficam. Porquê?
- Era para saber se, caso eu conseguisse ficar castanha, ficaria bem com os meus olhos.
As preocupações desta miúda!!!... :)

Aqui há dias a pizza foi em forma de coração (lembram-se da outra?). Pizza feita em casa, deliciosa, e a M. já tem planos de forma para a próxima. Já não me lembro quais, mas lembro-me que no dia seguinte já queria fazer de novo pizza! :)
A few days ago there was a heart-shaped pizza (remember the other one?). Homemade pizza, delicious, and M. already has plans for the next one. I no longer remember what, but I remember that in the next day she already wanted to make another pizza! :)

Os colares vintage estão aí (inspirados no trabalho fabuloso desta artista), brincos novos também, anéis... Com mais tempo vou editando as fotos para lá mostrar. E no Flickr também. Ainda há muitos artigos que foram à feira e não ficaram por lá.

Feira da Terra

Fomos à Feira da Terra e adorámos!
We went to Feira da Terra (Earth's Fair) and loved it!

Para começar, conhecemos uma quinta espectacular (Quinta da Fidalga no Seixal).
To begin, we got to know a spectacular place (Quinta da Fidalga in Seixal).

Com recantos maravilhosos, onde me apetecia ficar a escrever, a imaginar uma vida noutros tempos...
With beautiful spots, where I'd love to stay and write, imagining a life in other times...

Mas a Feira era da Terra, uma iniciativa com o propósito de aproximar de novo o ser humano à natureza de que se tem distanciado ao longo dos tempos. E a M. aproveitou para explorar. Eu, de repente, senti-me criança outra vez, de férias na quinta do meu avô, com sistema de rega tradicional através de sulcos na terra... Adorava andar de sacho na mão a abrir e fechar os carreirinhos da água.
But the Fair was of the Earth, an initiative with the aim of bringing the human being closer to nature once again, of which is getting distant over time. And M. took the opportunity to explore. I suddenly felt like a child again, on vacations at my grandfather's farm, with traditional irrigation system... I loved walking arrond with a hoe in my hands to open and close the careers of water.

Ao longo do dia houve muita animação, projectos interessantes para toda a família. E à noite it was show time!!! Já sabem o que isso significa para a M.! Dê lá por onde der, ela tem que arranjar maneira de saltar para o palco! ( * * * * ) Neste caso o "palco" era na relva, a interagir com a "terra", um dos quatro elementos que animaram entre concertos.
Over the day there were very interesting projects for the whole family and at night it was show time!!! You know what that means for M.! She always has to find a way to skip to the stage! ( * * * * ) In this case the "stage" was in the grass, interacting with the "earth", one of the four elements which coordinated between concerts.

O fogo fez com que a M. recuasse e assistisse mais calmamente ao espectáculo.
The fire made M. get back and watch the show more calmly.

Para terminar a noite ouviram-se Uxu Kalhus, com nova formação. Muito boa onda!!! A M. queria saltar mais uma vez para o palco e desta feita tocar bateria, mas o sono começou a ditar-lhe as ordem e tivemos que sair a meio do espectáculo.
To end the night was time to hear Uxu Kalhus. Very good feeling!!! M. wanted to jump again to the stage and this time to play the drums, but the sleep got to her and we had to leave halfway through the show.


Além disto, também estive no Mercado das Artes. Espreitem o Bem-Trapilho para mais detalhes. Assim que tiver um tempinho mais, volto aqui para vos mostrar a grande surpresa que uma querida amiga me fez.
