3 dias...

3 days...

... três festas e muiiiitttoooo calor! ... three parties and very hoooottttt weather!

Desculpem!
I do not know if you've noticed but we didn't have Spring. We jumped from Winter to Summer, alternating then and again Winter-Summer, Winter-Summer! After that cold last Winter, came the rain and more rain this Spring (it rained every month this year until now!!!) and suddenly... 40ºC. Well, some say that whoever does not know what to say, talks about the weather. But that is not my case at all. I have much to say to you but, not to vary, I have had no time. :( And visiting, probably only for the end of the week, with luck. I'm sorry!

Enfim, vamos então às novidades: Well, lets see what's new:

Dia 1 - Nas marchas e cantorias na escola.
Day 1 - In the parade and singing at school.

Dia 2 - No teatro foi a flor de "A Lagarta Que Queria Ser Leão"
Day 2 - In the theater was the flower of "A Lagarta Que Queria Ser Leão" (The Caterpillar That Wanted To Be A Lion)

Day 3 - In the ballet was one little doll (this time more focussed!!!).

brincando com letras

playing with letters

After an enthusiastic beguinning, the adaptation of M. to the school is being very turbulent. And the worst is making her understand that has to obey orders, especially from the teacher, and that she has to work. As you know, she loves school activities, but when they are imposed go rapidly from worshiped to abominated!!! Me and dad we have deployed in efforts to overcome this, but until now the effects are not yet significant. I show you today of a play we do so she can practice the writing of letters that she has already learned and diphthongs. It might be of some help to other parents who are going through the same as us. To us, served us once again of evidence, that the stubborn M. has absolutely no difficulty in doing whatever she is asked to at school. The only problem is her will!!!
I will describe the play: There are some packets made out of rolls of toilet paper that are "eaters of diphthongs" (which also enjoy letter salads); There are some small vases for each of the letters already learned (which will be the drinks of the "eaters") [4]; We could then convince M. to write letters of various colors [3], cut them and put them in the vases; write diphthongs of various colors and cut them; And the drawigns of dolls that you can see in the images [1, 2 and 6]are made from letters and are called the "letter
salads" (me and dad made one "salad" each as an example and M. created the others from "o", she completely invented it), both diphthongs and salads are given to the mouth of the "eaters" [5] which are animated by me or by the father, are always hungry and almost eat M.'s fingers, with an enthusiastic attitude and pro-active and funny voices.
Needless to say, after an eternity to make a small sheet of homework, M. was amused to write a few letters, but mostly diphthongs and even more "letter
salads!"

And now only a "smell" of the rings that are making success in Bem-Trapilho. I present them all together and talk about other possibilities of colors. Go there!

1º dia | 1st day

The beguinin of the school year is always a thrill. I always loved to examine all the new school materials. This time the purchases were for M.. Like me, she was quite excited.

Last Sunday, she invaded my bed soon after waking up with everything that we had bought on Saturday.
- Can I see the materials again? I forgot all about them! - was the excuse to scatter all over my bed.

Começaram as contrariedades!
Returning from the first day of school, the emotions were ambiguous. On one hand was visible that she was amazed by the new experience, on the other was upset because they didn't do game that she wanted. The setbacks started! I just hope she shows more maturity than in the former school, and do not sulk each time that happens. For now, it seems to be going well!

In the afternoon, already at home, asked me for school activities. I prepared her some exercises: a maze, games of differences and some simple adding. In the photo you can see her little fingers helping in the counting. Palmira slept the siesta in the back.

Veio buscá-la a correr e fugiu logo outra vez.
In spite of yesterday not have coming home fully satisfied, because of that mishap, today was happy and excited again. She even forgot the backpack in the rush. She came to pick it up and went running once again.
- So, don't you give me a kiss? - I asked, without waiting for an answer.
In a run rampant, there appeared again at the door of the room, mouth stretched to kiss me. Kiss given, and there she
flew as a rocket, into the classroom again.
And I stood happy to see how she is thrilled. And to think that I even had a nightmare tonight!

Finally, I leave you two videos that have everything to do with today's theme. The first is a brief note on what is expected from a teacher. I only hope that the friendly teacher of my little one has the potential to be the bridge needed. In what depends on me, I'm here to help and do my part.

The other is a song that I think about in this day: "Today is the first day of the rest of your life..."
